Blue Lucy Media (BLM) developed from the already well-established Blue Lucy consultancy business in 2008 to become a genuine thought and development leader in the field of video production workflow modernisation in IT environments utilising service based software system architecture. The management team has a solid and broad range of experience including low level software development for video and audio applications but also in broadcast operations, engineering and executive management. The focus of the company is very much at the delivery of value to business owners and users, not just the techies.

BLM provides advanced video and audio signal processing software and metadata management tools to system integrators and end-customers in the media & entertainment sector. The company is based in south west London, operating globally through OEM partners and directly to end-customers through a network of value added resellers. BLM is a privately owned UK company free of debt.
