Sales Strategies
Through first-hand experience, knowledge and relationships with broadcast direct and dealer/SI sales, our expertise extends to helping define and implement complex sales strategies and working with internal sales departments to assist, for example, with expanding dealer networks or assisting in staffing structures. We also offer third party involvement in responding to tenders – looking at the requirements of the end customer, the competitors, as well as our client and assisting in the generation (wording and layout) of the tender response.
