All companies within the UK will soon be subject to a new regulation around data protection, this regulation is called the General Data Protection Regulation, or GDPR. This includes Manor Marketing (Consultants) Ltd.

The GDPR regulation comes into effect on 25th May 2018. We fully comply with this regulation and will continue to do so.

For the most part we are not a business that collects the type of information that GDPR is concerned with as we do not collect or share information online, but we do store information about clients on our own network in order to conduct our business and fulfil our obligations to you.

The types of information we hold on our clients:

·       Contact details: Names, addresses, telephone number and email address held on a secure CRM

·       Meeting notes, proposals, strategic and budget spreadsheets, competitive information and KPIs are kept on a secure server
