Manor Spirit A milestone worth raising a glass to Since 2001, Manor Marketing has worked with companies across broadcast, media technology and AV, helping them communicate clearly in a fast moving industry. Over the years we have built lasting relationships with clients, partners and friends across the sector. Reaching 25 years felt like a good moment to celebrate that journey and share it with the people who have been part of it. Which is where the gin comes in. The Story Behind the Gin A signature gin created for our 25th year To mark our 25th anniversary, we partnered with Hawkridge Distillers to create a floral London Dry gin made especially for Manor Marketing. This is not the first time we have done it. We worked with Hawkridge on our 20th anniversary gin as well, so it felt right to return and create something new for this milestone. The result is a gin designed to be shared with the people we meet across the industry throughout the year. Cocktail Recipes Signature serves for Manor Gin Here are a few of our favourite ways to enjoy Manor Marketing Signature Gin. From a refreshing Gin Fizz to a Hugo Spritz and a simple Manor G&T, these cocktails are easy to make and designed to bring out the character of the gin. We may add more recipes over time, so feel free to return and try something new. Manor G&T INGREDIENTS Manor Marketing 25 Gin: 2 oz (60ml) Mediterranean Tonic Water: As preferred Pink Grapefruit: 1 wedge or slice Ice: Plenty of ice cubes to fill the glass INSTRUCTIONS Fill a large glass with plenty of ice. Pour over the Manor Marketing 25 Gin and top up with Mediterranean tonic water. Stir gently to combine. Lightly squeeze the grapefruit wedge to release its juice, drop it into the glass and serve. Hugo Spritz INGREDIENTS Manor Marketing 25 Gin: 1 oz (30ml) Prosecco: 3 oz (90ml) Elderflower Liqueur/Syrup: 1-2 oz (30-60ml) Soda Water: 1-2 oz (30-60ml) Fresh Mint: 5-10 leaves Lime: 1-2 slices or wedges Ice: Plenty of ice cubes to fill the glass INSTRUCTIONS Gently scrunch the mint in your hands to lightly bruise it, then place it in the bottom of a large wine glass. Pour over the elderflower liqueur or syrup and the gin and allow it to infuse briefly. Fill the glass with ice, then add the soda water and prosecco. Stir gently to combine. Garnish with a lime wedge and a fresh mint sprig before serving. Gin Fizz INGREDIENTS Manor Marketing 25 Gin: 2 oz (60ml) Fresh Lemon Juice: 1 oz (30ml) Simple Syrup: 0.5 oz (15ml) Soda Water: Top up to your preference Ice: Plenty of ice cubes to fill the glass Garnish: A twist of lemon and a sprig of mint INSTRUCTIONS Add the Manor Marketing 25 Gin, fresh lemon juice and simple syrup to a glass. Fill the glass with ice and stir gently to combine. Top up with soda water and garnish with a twist of lemon zest and a sprig of mint for a refreshing finish.
